This privacy policy applies to your use of the TheBarnNightclub.com website, ( the 'Site'). This Site is owned and operated by The Barn Nightclub, of Toronto, Ontario. This policy does not however apply to any third party Site that may be linked to the Site, or any relationships you may have with the business listed on the Site.

The terms 'Barn', and 'Nightclub' refer to The Barn Nightclub. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to you, as a user of any part of The Barn Nightclub Site.

TheBarnNightclub.com ('The Barn Nightclub') is an online website that caters to the clubbing community.

We collect user contributed content for use of our club mailing list. Information on how to opt out of such a mailing list in containted in each mailing when it goes out.

We will not distribute any part of your submissions to third parties. All information submitted through out Contact form is kept strictly confidential and is for private use only by The Barn Nightclub.
